Our certification: Our components, assemblies and finished products are exclusively manufactured in Germany, Canada, U.S.A. and Japan by leading manufacturers who are fully qualified to the ISO 9001 and EN ISO 46001 control systems allied to the EU Medical Directive 93 / 42 EEC Annex II for surgical instruments and orthopaedic implants. Our Canadian service and repair facility is the only facility of its type in Canada proudly certified ISO 13485-2003. In addition, Endofocus is GMP / FDA compliant and are therefore fully qualified and authorized to CE mark our products.
